I arrived at the appointed time; Gary was ready for me; the paperwork was processed quickly and efficiently; a loaner was provided; my car was ready and clean when I arrived to pick it up at the appointed time. Our experience there met our expectations to the littlest things. You're staff was very inviting and friendly. They were never pushy which we were hoping they wouldn't be and got us the car we wanted and at a price we can afford. You guys are always great! When I dropped my husband's car for an oil change, it had garbage piled up to the seat on the passenger's side and your staff when WAY-over and beyond by throwing it away and vacuuming the floor. I told him he owes you guys big time for helping him out. :)

I have to tell you I am so pleased with the service provided by Justin Myers pursuant to my recent Jetta TDI purchase. There was zero run around, my calls were answered promptly with the required information in order to make a decision. He was honest, candid and there was no haggling over minutia or hidden issues as often happens at other dealerships. Justin solved every potential issue I had. He then went as far to deliver the car to me at a half way point suitable in order to reduce my driving time. I honestly could not ask for better service or buying experience. I will be forwarding a copy of this email to Volkswagen USA in order to express my gratitude. I will also be letting m friends and coworkers aware of the service provided at O'Brien auto group.
